AdvantageClub.ai, the leading AI-powered Employee Rewards and Recognition platform, has announced the winners of the Most Admired Women Awards (MAW) 2026.

The awards recognize the achievements of the Top 100 Women HR Leaders who are creating change and transformation in the workplaces of the world.

The Most Admired Women Awards (MAW) is an annual recognition of the achievements of the Top Women HR Leaders who are creating the future of work through their visionary leadership and innovative HR practices.

The Top Women HR Leaders who have been recognized through the Most Admired Women Awards (MAW) have been instrumental in creating the future of work and workplaces.

The Most Admired Women Awards (MAW), an initiative of AdvantageClub.ai, is in its fourth year of recognizing the achievements of the Top Women HR Leaders who are creating change and transformation in the workplaces of the world.

This year the MAW Jury received over 500 nominations from all over the globe, including nominations from US, India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe, illustrating the increasing global influence of women in HR executive roles.

The nominations were ultimately assessed by an elite all-female jury of leaders representing the industry, including Liza Haskell (Former Chief Administrative Officer, Tide), Mahira Al Raisi (Chief People Officer, Sohar International), Nerissa (Carbonell) Berba (EVP/Chief People Officer, Security Bank Corporation), Vasumathi Parthasarathy (Global Head of Performance Management and Employee Recognition, Tata Consultancy Services), and Smiti Bhatt Deorah (COO and Co-Founder of AdvantageClub.ai).
