Dear Kyra is a startup brand based in Malaysia with a focus on FemTech. The firm is changing the way people get sexual and reproductive healthcare by offering them a secret telehealth platform. One of the company's founders is Loh Hui Lin. The startup mainly targets women by providing a platform where they can converse with medical professionals who are licensed. Services include personalized advice, getting contraception, and testing for STDs.

In order to addressing the issues that prevent women from seeking medical help such as stigma and loss of privacy, the interactive platform is built in a way that the user can get medical help even at the comfort of her home. Dear Kyra that fuses the pharmaceutical skills with the digital means, gives the consumers the power to make the right decisions and have higher levels of control over the health choices they make. It is in fact a mission- oriented project that literally changes the way women associate with health services and also making such essential services more inclusive and confidential as well as being accessible even in rural areas in the context of Malaysia's FemTech marketplace which is still developing.

Dear Kyra, at its heart, is a women's healthcare platform that strives to provide access to compassionate and comprehensive health services for women. It envisions a world where women can easily get excellent healthcare anytime, anywhere.

“Healthcare should be a collaborative process, encouraging shared decision-making so that patients can take control of their own health.”
