The company collaborates with major brands like HeyTea, Luckin Coffee, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Dicos, KFC, Tim Hortons, and Sam's Club. Starfield closed a $100 million Series B round in February 2022, leading to investments in a state-of-the-art facility, R&D capacity, talent acquisition, and global marketing initiatives. Starfield operates four specialized labs and has filed nearly 40 technologies and research partnerships. The company aims to engage Generation Z and mainstream consumers by promoting a plant-based lifestyle.
