“True power lies in trusting your own abilities”: Zaiba Sarang, Co-Founder, iThink Logistics
The Indian women’s team has not just won a World Cup; they’ve redefined what victory means for an entire generation. Their courage, resilience, and teamwork are a reflection of every woman who dares to dream beyond limits. This win is more than a trophy; it’s a statement that passion, grit, and belief can rewrite history. As a woman and an entrepreneur, I see in them the spirit of India’s unstoppable future, fearless, focused, and full of heart.
It beautifully mirrors every woman’s entrepreneurial journey. There are moments when no one believes in you and the challenges feel endless, but that’s when self-belief becomes your greatest strength. I’ve experienced those moments while building iThink Logistics, when the path seemed uncertain and demanding. Over time, I’ve realized that true power lies in trusting your own abilities, even when others doubt you. Every obstacle can turn into an opportunity if you hold on to that belief. Trust your journey, stay resilient, and never give up.
“True strength begins with trusting your body”: Sivaranjani Ganapathy, Holistic Health Practitioner, Wellness with Sivi
The more a woman connects with her body and understands every change without fear or anxiety, the more empowered she becomes. True strength begins with trusting your body and listening to its wisdom. Burnout is real, especially for women entrepreneurs who juggle multiple roles, both at work and at home. We often push ourselves to stay strong, to keep the show running, but when that strength isn’t supported by strategy, it leads to burnout.
