Ask & Final Offer: Kanikka asked the sharks for Rs 90 Lakhs for 1% Equity where Anupam offered Rs 90 Lakhs for 3% Equity + 2% Royalty until Rs 1.35 Crores is Recouped and later Azhar and Peyush together offered Rs 90 Lakhs for 3% Equity + 1% Royalty until Rs 1.35 Crores is Recouped. However, after negotiating the deal, Azhar and Peyush offered Rs 90 Lakhs for 1.5% Equity which was accepted by both ends.
