Debali Munshi, Manager, Talent Acquisition, MiQ.

Helping Women Relaunch Their Careers At MiQ, inclusivity isn’t just a conversation—it’s a commitment. With our #Embrace campaign, we created a structured pathway for talented women to relaunch their careers after a break, recognizing their untapped potential and providing them with the mentorship, upskilling, and workplace flexibility needed to succeed.
We welcomed four exceptional women across our tech and central teams, ensuring they had: Senior mentorship to guide their transition, Upskilling opportunities to stay ahead in the industry, Flexible work arrangements to ease their reintegration.
Turning Career Breaks into Comebacks
The impact was immediate and transformative. These hires not only diversified our teams but also brought fresh perspectives, boosting innovation and engagement. A standout success story is Kanimozhi T, who re-entered the fast-paced tech industry after a career break. With the right support and continuous learning, she quickly adapted, mastered evolving technologies, and now leads impactful projects, proving that career breaks don’t define potential—opportunities do. At MiQ, we believe that career gaps aren’t setbacks—they’re launchpads. Through #Embrace, we continue to break barriers and ensure that no career break stands in the way of a woman’s success.
