Nigar Sultana Joty is a valuable player for the Bangladeshi women's cricket team, as she's the captain for their One Day Internationals (ODI) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20I).
Nigar now plays in all three formats of the game, playing middle order (right-handed batter) and as a wicketkeeper.
