While the pandemic skin-stretched every human life to live undershell, wherein the industry suffered equivalently with undersell of products and services, inscribing a downfall of 24 percent in the growth of women-founded and co-founded startups in India, recorded during the first half of 2020. During the same period, Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog, said that achieving the high growth rates of 9 - 10 percent year after year is not possible for India till women don’t become key entrepreneurs. Amidst all the hassles and bustles, most women startups in Indian cities quickly adapted to the changing business model requirement, for post-pandemic business successes. They forecast that the business operations will survive even with extracted business profits by the pandemic in the present scenario.

Several changes include the release of new products or services, the digital shift of the same, which include delivery channels, and reorientation of supply chains, sales, and marketing. 60 percent of the businesses reported that it included new products and most of the business owners kept the focus on retaining and learning new skills. According to a source, post-pandemic witnessed a fast response from the consumer-end, where a few characteristics of women startups and enterprises in India are mostly focusing on delivering optimum services with minimum investment.
