Women in IT: This is no secret that, like any other profession, Technology and innovation has been dominated by men for many decades. However, women of 21st century with their consistent and steady efforts have entered and exceled not only in technological innovations but also at every profession they have opt for. Though societal bias and expectations has widely hampered the leadership qualities of women, today with required skills and easy access to education, women around the globe are breaking the glass ceilings and have slowly but steadily made their presence felt in IT.

Leadership Representation: It is a sad fact that the tech industry is still vastly dominated by men. As per a report, currently, women hold only around 25 percent of all tech jobs. The number is even smaller for management roles. Only 14 percent of all CTO positions in tech companies belong to women.
