Top 10 Corporate Women Leaders from Goa - 2021

India ranks third in proportion of women in leadership positions. The percentage of women in senior management for India is 39 percent, and this is showing the changing outlook of business towards women in India. India now has more women CEOs compared with 26 percent globally. This remarkable growth of women in the corporate sector is reflected in a number of states. Goa is one of the top states nurturing highest number of women entrepreneurs and corporate women. The Atal Incubation Centre of India's premier B-school, Goa Institute of Management (AIC-GIM) has introduced its first batch of the WE-nurture program. The program is aiming to nurture and support women micro-entrepreneurs and strengthen them.

Known as a state of pristine natural beauty with its beaches with golden sands, there is more adding beauty to the state. It is India's richest state with the highest GDP per capita. The place is also home to a number of women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. These are the women who aren't afraid to make waves, fight for change and do what it takes to reach the top of their game. They have made a difference and have set a strong example for young women in the country through their exemplary stories of success.
