“No Matter How The Circumstances May Be, Success Comes To Those Who Can Keep Going With A Stable Mind, Dedication To Work, And Strong Willpower”

What are some of the most critical challenges you encounter as an entrepreneur in today’s business climate? What steps do you undertake to overcome these roadblocks?

I love everything about my career experience today, and the growth curve it has led me to facing challenges on a day-to-day basis and learning from the events. As a leader being able to serve my people and witness them growing provides me the immense amount of satisfaction. Challenges existed then too, but my journey from a Principal Officer of the Risk Advisory at ASK Wealth Advisors to an entrepreneur today is completely organic as I grew naturally over time.

Well, listing some of the critical challenges is a little tough for me, because leading a business comes with multiple challenges. However, for me, my biggest objective is to constantly evolve in making RAH a better place to work. The lack of motivation at the workplace creates a thought process in the minds of employees that they don’t care about their actions; hence the challenge is to recruit the right candidate and create that positive motivation among the employees. My focus is to build a company culture where employees have the drive or inspiration to perform at work. This leads to increased productivity & innovation and allows us to achieve higher levels of output. The next big challenge is to adapt to the ever-changing market and the ever-changing needs of customers. We focus on innovating and working to stay a step ahead of our competitors at all times.

Tell us about the key milestones you have achieved so far as the Director of RAH Consultancy.

We are pioneers in the field of risk advisory for the transmission and distribution of renewal businesses, solar businesses, and tobacco businesses in the country. And we are soon entering into risk advisory of aviation. Being able to successfully penetrate the market and offer niche services to our clients have been our biggest achievements.

What is the success mantra that you follow as a business leader?

With the huge responsibility of leading a business, leaders cannot compromise on discipline and honesty. These are the two major mantras that I follow to enable the smooth running of the organization. I believe, to be a leader, visibility, attentiveness, supportive nature, confidence, and determination are the exclusive qualities. I try to focus on each one of them while constantly learning and growing with my team. The language of success for every human being is different. The mantra for success in business is a very powerful tool that keeps every leader focused and committed to the respective task and aim. No matter how the circumstances may be, success comes to those who can keep going with a stable mind, dedication to work, and strong willpower.

What would be your advice for budding women entrepreneurs?

As a woman, I understand that you have to be multifaceted and multifunctioning while balancing both your professional as well as personal life. Amidst the challenges, you must believe in yourself, know your goals and give positive vibes to your goals every day. Ensure that every day you are taking a step towards a better tomorrow to achieve your goals.
