I hold certifications from esteemed institutions, including the Scottish Qualification Authority for Professional Program in Soft Skills Training, the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training for Train the Trainer, the International Coach Federation for Certified Coach of ICF Accredited Program, The Conselle Institute of Image Management for Certified Image Consultant, and The National Federation of Neurolinguistics Programming for Certified NLP Master Practitioner. Additionally, I have completed an Executive Development Program in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and obtained certification as a Human Resources Manager from V Skills (A Govt. of India and Govt. of NCT Delhi Undertaking). Furthermore, I hold a Master’s in Business Economics (MBE) from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur. Throughout my professional journey, I have made significant contributions in various critical domains, including spearheading HR strategy and business planning, orchestrating talent acquisition and development initiatives, and driving comprehensive learning and development programs. Additionally, I have championed employee engagement and retention strategies, implemented performance management and coaching methodologies, and leveraged HR analytics for informed decision-making. My expertise extends to shaping organizational development strategies and leading successful change management initiatives. My proven track record underscores my proficiency in scaling startups, implementing effective HR programs, and consistently delivering measurable results.

Establishing Uniqueu and unlocking clients' true potential has been my unwavering passion and mission. At the core of Uniqueu is the explicit goal of enabling individuals to discover and harness their true capabilities. The driving force behind this venture is the development of the 'Joyful Power Play' framework, a proven methodology designed to empower individuals in overcoming anxiety, stress, and depression. This transformative framework provides clear insights, equips individuals with empowering techniques, hones essential soft skills, orchestrates image transformations, and instigates strategic mindset shifts.

As the Founder of Uniqueu, I specialize in delivering tailor-made soft skills programs to organizations, with a focus on elevating communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities. Through mindset and NLP coaching, I guide individuals in dismantling mental barriers and developing highly effective communication skills.
