She has joined Indian Bank as an Executive Director, with a rich background in managing large business portfolios, driving strategic growth, and strengthening governance and risk frameworks.Before joining Indian Bank, Mini was Chief General Manager and Cluster Head Delhi with Bank of Baroda and handled a large business portfolio of around 6 lakh crore.She was responsible for leading and managing de-posits, advances, customer service, and regulatory com-pliance on a strategic basis.Previously, she spearheaded the pan-India Retail Liabilities vertical, developing and executing strategies in the areas of product innovation, digital upgrades, and growth in CASA and term deposits.She has headed major zones such as Bengaluru and Pune, where she worked on business expansion, asset quality improvement, customer experience enhance-ment, and the implementation of governance and digital transformation initiatives.Her experience further encompasses managing PSU and corporate business in the southern region, along with senior roles in credit, SME banking, corporate cred-it operations, and risk management.Mini has completed her MBA in Banking and Fi-nance, is an FRM (GARP, USA), a CAIIB, and has done leadership programs from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Banga-lore, CAFRAL, and other international leadership plat-forms.
