These new-age leaders are at the forefront of leading the digital revolution that has taken over every industry sector across the country and the globe alike. Speaking further about her role within Nivasoft, Radha adds, "As the head of digital business at Nivasoft, I am responsible for pretty much managing the overall business and different verticals of Nivasoft including Digital Services, Digital Upskilling, and Tech Staffing. I am also accountable for P&L management, customer acquisition, business development, overall business success, and growth".On the other spectrum of leading `digital' responsibilities is Nitya Hari, Head of Digital, Ayush TV. "Working as the Head of Digital at Ayush TV is a real treat, despite the weight of responsibility that comes with the position. I make sure that every new program shown on television is also made available on all relevant digital platforms promptly", she says. Nitya's biggest challenge at hand is keeping pace with television's war with OTT platforms. "To that end, as we enter an era in which conventional media is giving way to digital, I'm doing everything I can to guide the enterprise upon this transition, as well as, to the demands of digital viewers, and the best ways to shape our content to appeal to those consumers", she explains. From the world of entertainment, we move to the Indian conglomerate, Bajaj Group. Suruchi Kore, Head of Digital & Social Strategy, Bajaj Group began her journey in 2008 with Star News and has been part of organizations like Zoom TV Network, Sahara Samay Network, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, and ZEE5 and is currently the Head of Digital and Social Strategy at Bajaj's Group Communications Team. Suruchi is well-versed in content and influencer marketing, two areas in which she excels by introducing novel ideas to promote brands in a manner that piques consumers' interests.She made the transition from the entertainment industry to the world of corporate communications in 2022, when she joined the legacy Indian corporate Bajaj Group. Suruchi introduced a wave of digital communications revolution inside the company and brought together employees from across Bajaj's group businesses through an interview series named Bajaj Talkies. This was a one-of-a-kind activity that had never occurred in the company's existence.In the edition we also feature Sabina Kamal, COO & Chief Digital Officer, Paytm m'Loyal.
