The jury is no longer out on this and women leaders' positive impact on business success has become a fact backed by various studies. Reports suggest that women leaders aren't just good for revenue generation but they also help foster inclusivity, making their respective organizations more resilient. In spite of the plethora of advantages that women leaders bring to the table, they continue to be underrepresented in leadership roles across industries and geographies.
