She mentions that it was her father's words that taughther that the size of one's dreams must always exceed one's current capacity to achieve them. "If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough. As a child, I had a dream a dream of creating something of my own! After graduating from the ISB Hyderabad, I was climbing the corporate ladder well, but my passion to pave my path was haunting me. So, one day, I decided to quit my well-paying job and started my boutique Investment Bank. As they say, every big journey begins with one step, and EOS Capital Advisors is my first big step", says Ritu. Ritu believes that the key to success is to understand one's strengths and passions. Passion is the driving force that keeps us excited and gives us the motivation to do anything we set our minds to doing and, ultimately, to live a purposeful, fulfilled, and meaningful life. Life is too short to not be passionate about what we do.Another illustrious woman leader covered in the issue is Suchetha Haldipur, CEO and Co-Founder of Hireinfinity Consulting. She underwent numerous learning experiences during her journey, and converted them into opportunities to make her mark as an emerging industry leader. She is a highly driven, motivated, and a passionate leader &has elevated the standards and performance of the firm in the recent years. Suchetha set up Hireinfinity Consulting during the pandemic, and believes that going through tough times has helped shape and establish a unique culture of `never say die' and a resilient attitude and approach towards the challenges that entrepreneurship entails. "I believe leaders must remain humble and open to the idea that we may make mistakes and have to learn as we evolve and grow, whether in business, entrepreneurship, or life", says Suchetha.
