The company will provide one day of leave every month, either working from home or in the workplace. In accordance to make the workplace a welcoming environment for females by addressing their monthly menstrual cycle pain, this organization is making such new policies.IN FOCUSSurabhi Sanchita, Vice President of Human Resources at Zupee mentioned that by implementing this policy, they are acknowledging and protecting the health of its female employees and also avoiding menstrual stigmatization.
