Ramya is an academic achiever with degrees in the field of dentistry and clinical research, post which she opted for a post-graduate program in management from ISB Hyderabad. Speaking about the institution's impact on her career trajectory, Ramya says, "I had an astounding experience at ISB. It gave me the confidence to create next-generation innovative technology solutions. It not just taught me management but also gave me a distinct perspective on everything in life. Before ISB, I was not sure if I wanted to be an entrepreneur. These leaders needed to not only understand the developing economies but who also present a global perspective. Over 25 years down the line, the institution has gained great repute globally and has contributed to the business landscape by creating some of the most prolific leaders the world has seen. Bala Tripura Sundarithe CEO of Hyderabad-based Involute Institute of Technical Training (IITT) is one such name. With a background in finance, she has worked as the Finance and Administration Director as well as the managing trustee for several organisations before joining IITT as CEO. She received numerous trainings at the Indian School of Business through a variety of programmes, including the Goldman Sachs programme and the Goldman Sachs Ambassadors Program.Another such name is Rashi Thakur, founder of Mentor Mpact, an end-to-end college admissions consulting and counselling firm. Rashi founded the firm with the goal of guiding people in their professional choices and assisting them in achieving their goals. We also have Oorna Datta, Founder, Designer & Creative Director for ODD. Starting up ODD allowed her to appreciate the challenges of operating a profitable business. It also resulted in a Goldman Sachs fellowship at ISB in 2012. She believes that other than her partner who had a significant impact on her journey as an entrepreneur and businessperson, her experiences at ISB reinforced her skills and vision for the future.Vani Agarwal, Founder of Thinking Spree is another leader who founder a venture with the idea of providing a more evolved version of consultation to emerging startups. Vani is spearheading an initiative to design out-of-the-ordinary business strategies for start-ups; by doing so, she's helping companies develop scalable business models more rapidly. Sonali Rajput is the Director of Samira Group. Sonali has an MBA from IIMT and has pursued International Strategic Marketing and Sales from Harvard in 2015. As a business leader at Samira Group, she heads the acquisition team which acquires lands for Luxury Real Estate in the Alibag area. Samira Group has several NRIs, and celebrities as its clients and has a provided its services to over two thousand satisfied customers in the past.Lastly we have Niharika Jain, Founder, Zhelter. She is an outstanding leader guided principally by her intellect, Niharika is enthusiastic about supporting students in their success by offering a luxurious, comfortable space with an intellectual environment.
