8 JANUARY2026Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a non-profit international organization working towards encouraging women leadership, is coming back to Davos, Switzerland, for the second version of #WINLounge during the World Economic Forum Week, Davos 2026.The second version of #WINLounge will showcase more than 10 Indian leading women for their impact in various segments of enterprise, finance, politics, and innovation among other fields.It was preceded by the inaugural session of the #WINLounge during the event held in 2025 and will host more than 75 world leaders and influential change-makers from India and innovators from over 15 different countries and 30 industries in this event.The WIN Lounge will include a thoughtfully planned agenda consisting of panel sessions, fireside chats, and networking opportunities.The subjects that will be discussed include leadership, entrepreneurship, wealth creation, artificial intelligence & innovation, geopolitics & diplomacy, health & wellness, climate action, storytelling, philanthropy, and the future of capital.Since the WIN Lounge is the only independent India-focused platform at the event, its aim is to be more than a mere presence and to encourage interaction, sharing, and deliverables at the huge event. The WIN organization will co-curate sessions in various State Government pavilions for the following themes: "Reimagining Tourism at Scale," and "Energy, Equity & Economic Opportunity: Women-Led Growth Path."
